At Brides and Grooms, we recommend you start shopping for your gown about 8-10 months out from the wedding date. It is very helpful to have your date set and venue booked. This helps with the overall vision of your wedding and can help narrow down your gown search. If your wedding is a year or more away, we recommend waiting. Dresses can get discontinued and styles and taste can change.
We recommend inviting the 2-3 people who’s opinions you trust the most. When it comes to choosing a dress, more is not always merrier. Bring people who truly understand your style and vision and will be honest but encouraging. Hearing too many opinions can be overwhelming for anyone.
Our gowns have an average price of $1,600.00. Our top tier price range is about $2,700 and our bottom price range is about $800.00. We also have a large variety of “off the rack” dresses that will start at 10% off and can go up to 90% off. These gowns are sold “as is” and do not include cleaning or alterations. A 50% deposit will be required to place an order.
At Brides and Grooms we carry a large selections of gowns with samples starting at a size 10 and going up to size 32. We are able to order dresses in any size that you may require. If our sample gown is not your size, our sales team will be able to show you what your gown will look like in your size.
Delivery times vary by designer. Most gowns take any where from 3-5 months to come in after ordering. There are options for expedited shipping and sometimes the designers will have items in stock as well. If you are working with time constraints, we will still be able to find a beautiful gown for you!
Brides and Grooms, INC. is a full-service bridal salon that offers alteration services! We can help you customize and the dress of your dreams a reality. From adding sleeves, changing necklines, adding beading and so much more! Alterations are not included in the price of your gown. Please set up an appointment for an alterations consultation. You are not required to use our alteration services.
